American themed restaurant and cocktail karaoke bar to open in West One Plaza

Manchester-based restaurant, Brewski, will be opening its second venue in Sheffield taking over from OHM Food Court in Sheffield’s West One Plaza.

Brewksi advertises itself as fresh, delicious North American comfort food served in lodge inspired surroundings.

James Daly, director of Brewski, told The Star: “The reception so far has been fantastic since announcing on social media that we will be opening in Sheffield, we have had over 5,000 comments online!

“We hope to be open week commencing 21 November.”

James also thanked Simon Hall of Fleurets for being helpful in facilitating the deal and making sure everything was in place to get the restaurant over the line.

Brewski has one restaurant opened in the suburbs of Manchester and is currently working on opening a third shop in Chester.

Another addition coming to West One Plaza is a cocktail karaoke bar which will be replacing Solita.
